Shrimp & Crab "Ceviche" with Cilantro & Mango

Ingredients
- ½ lb large shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined
- ½ lb crab meat, cleaned
- 1 mango, peeled and chopped
- ¼ cup fresh lime juice
- ¼ cup fresh orange juice
- 1 Tblsp chopped shallot
- 1 handful fresh whole cilantro leaves
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 small serrano pepper, seeded and chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Cut the shrimp in half lengthwise and then into small ½ inch pieces.
- Combine the shrimp and crab meat in a large bowl with the remaining ingredients. Chill for several hours.
- Toss and serve in individual cocktail glasses, bowl or on a bed of Bibb lettuce.
