Indika's Mango Lassi

The simple syrup in this recipe is made with equal parts water and sugar and brought to a boil until the sugar is dissolved.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. plain whole milk yogurt
- 1 cup mango pulp (pureed flesh of 2 large mangoes or frozen pulp)
- ½ cup simple syrup
- ½ tsp cardamom
- fresh mint sprig for garnish
Instructions
- Whisk all the ingredients (except mint) and refrigerate.
- Thin, if desired, with water. Serve over ice, garnished with a mint sprig.
